What To Include In Your Message

The detail you include determines how useful our first reply can be. Four things matter most: which specific products you are interested in rather than just a category, roughly what quantities you are working with, your destination market, and any delivery window you are working toward.

Destination matters more than most buyers expect. Mains-powered products have to be built to the voltage and plug standard of the market they are going to, and that is a specification decision made at order rather than something adjustable afterward. Compliance and certification expectations also differ between Pakistan and the United States.

If you have a target price point, telling us is more useful than holding it back. We would rather say honestly whether it is achievable at the quality level you need than quote something that meets the number on paper and disappoints on arrival.

Which Office Will Reply

Inquiries are handled by whichever office matches your location. Buyers in Pakistan are served through our Karachi office, which also manages supplier relationships and pre-shipment quality control. Buyers in the United States are served through our Elmhurst, Illinois office, which handles import logistics and onward distribution.

Both work from the same supplier relationships, so you are dealing with the same company and the same sourcing either way rather than with a local reseller.

Response Times

WhatsApp is usually fastest for quick availability questions. Detailed wholesale quotes take longer to prepare, because pricing depends on current supplier terms, quantities, freight, and destination specification, and we would rather send an accurate figure than a fast one that changes later.

If you are new to importing and are not certain which categories suit your market or what quantities make the economics work, describe your situation and we will tell you what we think fits.
