No Online Checkout

This site does not process payments. All orders, retail and wholesale, are confirmed through direct communication with our team so that pricing, specification, and shipping reflect your actual order rather than an assumed average.

Quotes And Order Confirmation

A quote states what is included and is valid for the period indicated on it. An order is confirmed once terms, specification, and quantities are agreed in writing. Specification points including electrical standard, packing format, and any compliance requirements are set at confirmation, since they are generally not changeable once production begins.

Lead Times

Lead times quoted are estimates based on current production schedules and shipping conditions. Factors outside our control, including factory shutdown periods, port conditions, and customs processing, can affect delivery timing. Where we become aware that a timeline will not be met, we will tell you rather than let the date pass silently.
