Karachi Traders LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, USA, under Secretary of State File No. 18662531. Our principal office is in Elmhurst, Illinois. We also run a sourcing office in Karachi, Pakistan. We import consumer goods from manufacturers in China for buyers in the United States and Pakistan.

Product listings on this site show the lines we regularly source. They are not offers of sale. Final pricing, availability, specification, and minimum order quantities are confirmed directly per inquiry, because all four vary by product, quantity, and destination market.

Quotes And Order Confirmation

A quote states what is included and is valid for the period shown on it. An order is confirmed only once terms, specification, and quantities are agreed in writing. Specification points such as electrical standard, packing format, and compliance requirements are set at confirmation, because they usually cannot be changed once production starts. If the written terms for a specific order differ from these website terms, the written order terms apply to that order.

Lead Times

Lead times are estimates based on current production schedules and shipping conditions. Things outside our control, including factory shutdown periods, port conditions, and customs processing, can affect delivery timing. If we learn that a timeline will not be met, we will tell you rather than let the date pass silently.
