The quality of a quote depends heavily on the detail in the inquiry. The most useful things to tell us are which specific products you want rather than just a category, roughly what quantities you are working with, your destination market, and your required delivery window if you have one.
Destination matters more than buyers often expect. Mains-powered products have to be built to the voltage and plug standard of the market they are going to, and that is a specification decision at order rather than something adjustable later. Compliance expectations also differ between Pakistan and the United States.
If you have a target price point, telling us is more useful than withholding it. We would rather tell you honestly whether it is achievable at the quality level you need than quote something that technically meets the number and disappoints on arrival.
How We Price
We quote on landed cost rather than factory unit price alone, because the two frequently rank suppliers differently. Freight, duties, and the replacement cost of defective units all sit on top of the unit price, and they do not scale evenly across product types. Dense goods carry high freight cost per unit. Bulky goods consume container volume out of proportion to their value. Fragile goods carry a breakage rate that functions as a hidden cost.
Where a cheaper specification exists that we think will cost you more in returns than it saves in unit price, we will say so. That is a judgment call and you are free to disagree with it, but we would rather raise it than let it surface after delivery.
Order Consolidation
Buyers ordering across multiple categories usually get better freight economics by consolidating into a single shipment rather than ordering each line separately. Mixing dense items with bulky ones also improves container utilization, since a shipment made entirely of dense goods hits weight limits before filling space and one made entirely of bulky goods does the reverse.
