Retail Orders

Payment terms for retail inquiries are confirmed directly with our team once your order is finalized. Because retail orders vary in size and destination, terms are agreed per order rather than fixed to a single policy.

Wholesale Orders

Payment terms for wholesale and bulk orders are confirmed at the time of quote, based on order size and destination market. Larger orders and established buying relationships generally allow for different arrangements than first orders, and this is discussed openly at the quote stage rather than presented as fixed.

What A Quote Includes

We quote on landed cost rather than factory unit price alone. Freight, duties, and handling all affect what an order actually costs, and they do not scale evenly across product types, so a quote built only on unit price tends to mislead.

What is and is not included in a given quote is stated explicitly when we send it. If something is excluded, such as final-mile delivery or customs handling under certain terms, that will be clear rather than assumed.

Currency And Destination

Because we serve two markets, currency and payment routing differ depending on whether an order is being fulfilled through our Karachi or Elmhurst office. This is confirmed as part of agreeing terms.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once terms, specification, and quantities are agreed in writing. Specification matters here more than buyers sometimes expect: electrical standard, packing format, and any compliance requirements are all set at this point, because they are cheap to specify before production and expensive or impossible to change afterward.

Changes After Confirmation

Once production has started, changes to specification are usually not possible without cost. Changes to quantity may be possible depending on how far production has progressed. If circumstances change on your side, tell us early rather than late, since the range of workable options narrows quickly as production advances.
