How The Two Offices Work Together
The two offices are not separate businesses with a shared name. They work from the same supplier relationships and the same sourcing decisions, which is what makes it possible for a buyer in either market to get the same products without a third-party distributor inserted into the chain.
Sourcing and manufacturer contact are centralized through Karachi. That is where product specification is agreed with factories and where pre-shipment quality control is coordinated. Goods are then routed to whichever office matches the destination market, with a second quality check on arrival before distribution.
Why Destination Matters At Order
Because we serve two markets, several specification questions have to be answered before production rather than after. Mains-powered products need to be built to the voltage and plug standard of their destination, since an appliance built for one market cannot be sold in the other. Compliance and certification expectations differ between the two markets as well.
